When placing a call to Miller, North, and Brill the first voice usually encountered is Katie, our receptionist. Katie found a love for the legal justice system while working for the Henry County Sheriff’s Office as a telecom operator. She was later thrilled to find a new opportunity with Miller, North, and Brill. Katie enjoys learning about and being a part of the legal system and loves to help people wherever she can. As a Henry County transplant from Virginia, she grew up in the Eagles Landing area and graduated in 2004.

Away from work, Katie is a mother of two who can be found at the ball field cheering on her son or in a theater supporting her daughter at a ballet recital. Her favorite thing to do is to make her husband laugh. In her quiet time, Katie loves to read, spend time by a campfire in the mountains, fish, or if she is lucky, sit at Ruffner’s Campground in Luray, Virginia and listen to the sounds of the Shenandoah River.
